When I checked the mail yesterday I was excited to find that my MIL had mailed us a recipe for Pinkberry-like frozen yogurt from Sunset magazine. Today we pulled out my nearly-antique Snoopy ice cream maker and tried out the recipe. We modified it a little by reducing the quantity and used plain Greek yogurt, mostly because that's what we had in the fridge at the time.
Frozen Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of sugar
10 oz. Greek yogurt
Sliced strawberries or other fruit of your choice
Whisk sugar and yogurt together. Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer directions. After yogurt has set, dish up and top with fruit toppings of your choice.
