Cucumber Gin Cooler

B mixed us up some yummy Cucumber Gin Coolers tonight. We based it on a recipe from this month's Eating Well. He mashed up three cucumbers and some rosemary using our food processor and then strained the juice out of the pulp. Mix the cucumber juice with a little sugar, lemon, and our favorite Dry Fly gin and voila! So refreshing after a hot day sightseeing in our own city.
